DITHERING ALGORITHM
Wide diffusion that keeps its edges.

Stucki uses the same twelve-neighbour footprint as Jarvis but weights it differently, concentrating more of the error close to the current pixel before letting the remainder spread out.
That weighting buys back much of the sharpness Jarvis gives away, while keeping most of its smoothness in flat areas. In practice it lands between Floyd-Steinberg and Jarvis, and it is a good default when an image has both broad gradients and detail you do not want softened.
Mixed images with both smooth areas and fine detail.
